1 Hardware:
1.1 Computer equipment to be powered by dedicated electrical circuit with red plug tops
1.2 Courier transport cost and transport insurance not included in quote and to be paid by the buyer.
1.3 Hourly labour and transport costs are not covered by hardware warranty
1.4 1 year carry-in warranty is supplied and honoured by Manufacturer
1.5 In the event that a customer supplies his/her own hardware, network or not-dedicated electricity,
FalconSoft does not take any responsibility of the malfunction of software.
1.6 Hardware stays the property of FalconSoft until paid in full

2 Software:
2.1 Cloud Information Services Optional 100 / Month
2.2 Pastel Integration Setup R500.00 Optional 200 / Month
2.3 Services covered by Upgrade & Support License Fee:
2.3.1 Free software upgrades, exclusing travel and labour cost
2.3.2 Free telephone support
2.3.3 Free remote internet support for the 1st 15 minutes there after at normal labour rates
2.3.4 3 month once-off license fee deposit
2.3.5 Monthly license, upgrade & support fees payable in advance by debit order
2.4 Software License is for1 calendar year starting on 1st January of every year and must be renewed
30 days before the end of the year, if not renewed, it will automatic renew for the next year.
2.5 Annual increase of license fee and software rent (if applicable) on 1st January of every year
2.6 ADSL facility must be available for Falcon Software & SQL database support via the Internet
2.7 Quotation excludes Internet Service Provider / Telkom Network Infrastructure
2.8 The first hours of training are quoted for, thereafter any additional training will be billed at
R500.00 per hour.
2.9 Software updates done on-site will be billed at a hourly rate and transport cost.
2.10 If System is leased:
2.10.1 Lessee must give notice to his landlord that the system (hardware/software) is the
property of FalconSoft.
2.10.2 Lessee must have the Landlord hypothec form signed.
2.10.3 All rent equipment to be insured with Lessor as the beneficiary
2.10.4 Rent is payable in advance by debit order.
2.11 10% Admin fee will be charged for returned debit orders
2.12 FalconSoft only do liquor recipes unless spesificly quoted for more
2.13 After hours training and on-site labour will be billed at 1.5 x the normal rate

3 General:
3.1 All prices excludes VAT
3.2 Prices valid for 7 days
3.3 No refunds
3.4 Payment terms of 30 days from invoice for all services and equipment. FalconSoft has the right to use a debitorder.
3.5 Should a technician be dispatched to a venue, transport costs will apply and the amount will depend on the distance.
3.6 The buyer is responsible to make regular off-site backups
3.7 Sundays and public holidays are billed at 1.5 x the normal rate
3.8 Installation will be done within 10 working days from:
3.9.1 Receiving of signed quote, contracts & debit order form
3.9.2 Payment of deposit
3.9.3 Receiving of items data on Excel spreadsheet provided
3.9 Payment Terms for full purchase:
3.10.1 80% Deposit & 20% payment on day of delivery
3.10.2 18% Interest will be charged for late payments
3.10 Payment Terms for Rental:
3.10.1 100% Deposit including VAT
3.10.2 Deposit due 10 days prior to installation date
